Peter did an outstanding job helping us sell a family home from our parents' estate. He came out to the house at our convenience on a weekend on two occasions, since we live out of state. He had very good advice on the minimal but crucial things to change to sell the home at the best price. He suggested several professionals that gave competitive quotes and provided great service. Stella's photos of the room and property were crisp and extra bright. House sold from bids that came in the first weekend. Peter reached me while I was on a business trip for the final negotiations and gave me great summaries of the bids and the issues that needed to be resolved so we could work through rapidly.
